MANDUKA YOGA

rest and restoration are an essential part of life.

so why does our society glorify the Grind?

rest is not self-indulgent–it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare

These tired adages are supposed to encourage us.

Keep going.
Keep hustling.
Keep grinding.

But instead, shame us when we need rest.

We deserve to rest.

But 'grind culture', equates rest with apathy, shame, and laziness.

Manduka invites people to protest with rest.
